The Cape Light Compact has partnered with the Eastham Climate Committee, the Harwich and Orleans Climate Action Networks, and the Harwich and Orleans Energy and Climate Action Town Committees to offer a series of Energy Education Presentations titled Rebates to Save Energy and Reduce Your Carbon Footprint.

Join Compact staff and learn more about their work in your community, their energy efficiency programs and incentives for homeowners and renters, and how they can help you save energy. Each session will consist of a presentation with the remaining time dedicated to Questions from attendees.

Topics for the presentations include an overview of the Cape Light Compact, heat pump rebates and incentives, appliance and product rebates, weatherization incentives, home energy assessments, and the zero interest Mass Save Heat Loan.  Staff will also provide an overview of tax incentives and loan offerings for residential solar.

  • May 15, 2024, 5:30 – 6:30 PM at the Snow Library (Orleans)
  • May 22, 2024, 5:30 – 6:30 PM at the Snow Library (Orleans)
  • May 30, 2024, 5:30 – 6:30 PM at the Eastham Public Library
  • June 22, 2024, 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM at the Harwich Community Center.
