Make sure energy efficiency is in the plans...
Cape Light Compact has programs that may be available if you are building a new facility, doing a major renovation or expansion of an existing building, or where energy code may be triggered. These programs offer technical assistance and incentives that will help identify energy-saving measures, that will improve the energy performance of your building and make it more comfortable.
It is important to engage the Compact early on in your project in order to maximize the energy efficiency offerings that may be available for your project.
For a quick summary and comparison of the different pathways, view the Commercial Pathways Overview.
