2019-2021 Energy Efficiency Plan

Cape Light Compact has been working on submitting the energy efficiency plan for Cape Cod and Martha’s Vineyard for years 2019-2021. The Compact has to work collaboratively with seven other statewide Sponsors to provide cost-effective energy efficiency programs, most commonly known as Mass Save®.

Cape Light Compact conducted a series of 12 stakeholder meetings with a total of 114 attendees in late 2017 and early 2018 to solicit input from Cape Cod and Martha’s Vineyard residents and businesses on the 2019-2021 Energy Efficiency Plan.  Customer feedback was presented to the Cape Light Compact Governing Board for their consideration and incorporation into the 2019-2021 Energy Efficiency Plan.

Consistent with the 2018 updates to the Green Communities Act, Cape Light Compact is proposing a Cape & Vineyard Electrification Demonstration offering to target low and moderate-income customers.
