Cape Light Compact’s Community-Based Offering supports year-round residents of Oak Bluffs and Tisbury, living in single-family homes or 1-4 unit buildings, in accessing home energy efficiency upgrades and decarbonization opportunities through the combination of turnkey services and enhanced incentives.
How Does it Work?
Standard Offer
All residents of Oak Bluffs and Tisbury are eligible for:
- 100% off all recommended weatherization measures identified during a Home Energy Assessment.
- Turnkey delivery of weatherization work. We handle contractor coordination and project management for you!
Enhanced Incentives for Moderate-Income Residents
If your gross annual household income is between 61-80% of the State or Area Median Income, you may also qualify for turnkey services and additional 100% cost coverage for:
- Remediation of pre-weatherization barriers
- Remediation of electrification barriers
- Whole-home heat pump installation
