Os inquilinos podem participar de muitos dos programas do Cape Light Compact e podem ser elegíveis para incentivos adicionais em melhorias de isolamento térmico e de aquecimento e refrigeração.
A Cape Light Compact oferece descontos e incentivos para empresas, organizações sem fins lucrativos e outras instalações comerciais com medidores de consumo de energia, a fim de realizar melhorias de eficiência energética e manter o conforto de seus clientes e funcionários durante todo o ano.
