Cape Light Compact Files Petition for Revised Energy Efficiency Surcharge

On November 17, 2014, Cape Light Compact filed a petition with the Department of Public Utilities (Department) for approval of a revised Energy Efficiency surcharge for effect January 1, 2015. The Department has docketed this filing as DPU 14-143 and has opened a public comment period that ends on December 24, 2014.
