The Report to the Barnstable County Assembly of Delegates (the “Report”) dated May 2, 2012 and prepared by the Special Committee on Inquiry into the Cape Light Compact and Cape & Vineyard Electric Cooperative contains numerous factual errors and shoddy analysis.
