As a business owner, you know the importance of reducing costs whenever possible. Decreasing energy use through energy efficiency is a proven way to reduce costs while also enhancing the comfort and productivity of your work space.

By participating in Cape Light Compact’s energy efficiency programs, you have the opportunity to choose your path to energy savings. The program designed for you is determined by the amount of electricity you use each year and the type of project you are planning to undertake.

Choose Your Path Toward Saving Energy

Are you looking to make energy efficient improvements on an Existing Building or do you have a New Construction or Major Renovation project? (click on the arrows for more information)

Programs for Existing Buildings

These programs focus on existing properties that are looking to replace working equipment and systems and install more energy efficient equipment. A few examples are high efficiency lighting, building envelope, HVAC and refrigeration and controls.

  • Are you looking for something specific? Check out our various applications to determine what may be best suited for your project. This option allows you to use your own vendor or contractor for the installation.

Programs for New Construction or Major Renovations

These programs assist business customers who are building new facilities or conducting major renovations. The program provides incentives including technical assistance to help identify energy saving measures that not only improve the energy performance but also the value and comfort of your facility.
