Prior to joining the Compact in 2022, Graham worked in solar PV development in the affordable housing and non-profit commercial sectors. In 2021, he received a Masters in Energy Regulation and Law from Vermont Law and Graduate School. Graham enjoys spending time outdoors, kayaking, and woodworking.
