winners announced at Film Festival, Friday March 26, 2010 at 6:30pm<\/li>\n<li>Sharing of selected films throughout the day, Saturday March 27, 2010 at the <strong><em>Cape Youth Energy &amp; Sustainability Day<\/em><\/strong> (see below for more details on Symposium).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Criteria:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All high school students from the Cape and Vineyard are eligible<\/li>\n<li>Film must be no more than <strong>10 minutes<\/strong> in length<\/li>\n<li>Film and Digital format is acceptable<\/li>\n<li>Medium must be transferred to disk or thumb drive for showing<\/li>\n<li>All participants and information must be cited in credits<\/li>\n<li>All films must be submitted on disk and postmarked no later than Friday, March 12, 2010 to Deborah Fitton at Cape Light Compact for preview, judging and set up<\/li>\n<li>Films must be accompanied by a promotional poster for display the evening of the film festival. \u00a0Posters will be due same time film is submitted<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Judging categories:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Technical Merit (both color and b&amp;w)<\/li>\n<li>Creativity<\/li>\n<li>Educational\/Informative<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">EVENT TWO<\/span><\/strong>:\u00a0 <strong><em>Cape<\/em><\/strong><strong><em> Youth Energy &amp;
