Income Eligible Programs
Enhanced Residential Program (60% of median income):
- FREE high efficiency lighting
- FREE refrigerator replacement (if existing model is inefficient)
- FREE insulation, air sealing and other weatherization (up to $3,000 in value)
- Potential heating system upgrade (if existing system is determined to be highly inefficient)
Residential Program (80% of median income):
- FREE high efficiency lighting
- FREE air sealing
- 100% incentive up to $2,000 for recommended insulation and other weatherization measures
- $150 rebate toward refrigerator replacement (if existing model is inefficient)
If you currently receive NSTAR’s Discount Rate and/or household income below 60% of median income, you are eligible for a free home energy assessment, which may include the installation of conservation measures all at no cost.
