Training

Building Operator Certification (BOC) is a nationally recognized training and certification program for building operators. The program focuses on energy conservation and preventative maintenance, enabling you to run a healthier and more comfortable facility. This hands-on course is taught by local engineers and CEMs with extensive experience.

Certification is competency based and offered at two levels.  Level I emphasizes energy-efficient building maintenance practices.  Level II stresses advanced equipment troubleshooting and maintenance.
