Cape Light Compact FY13 Operating Fund - The budget is reviewed and approved by the Cape Light Compact Governing Board. Funding is through a surcharge on the supplier portion of the Compact’s competitive electric supplier page.
Cape Light Compact FY12 Operating Fund - The budget is reviewed and approved by the Cape Light Compact Governing Board. Funding is through a surcharge on the supplier portion of the Compact’s competitive electric supplier page.

Audit - The operations of the Cape Light Compact are accounted for in the County of Barnstable’s financial records and, since the inception of the Compact, have been audited annually as part of the audit of the County of Barnstable’s financial statements. The annual audits are public documents.
